1. Introduction
Welcome to BluByrd Moving Solutions LLC (“the Company”). By using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before hiring us. These terms apply to all services provided by BluByrd Moving Solutions LLC related to moving, packing, storage, and transportation.
2. Definitions

Client: The person or organization requesting moving services from the Company.

Goods: The items being moved, transported, or stored.

Services: Refers to all moving-related services provided by the Company, including but not limited to packing, transportation, loading, unloading, and storage.
3. Quotation and Pricing
3.1. All quotations provided by the Company are based on the information provided by the Client at the time of inquiry. Changes to the scope, such as additional items or services required, may result in an additional charge.

3.2. Quotations are valid for [X] days from the provided date. Prices are subject to change after this period.

3.3. Additional charges may apply in the following situations:

If access to the property is restricted or requires additional time.

Delays caused by the Client or a third party.

4. Booking and Cancellation
4.1. A booking is only confirmed once a deposit of [percentage] or fixed amount is paid by the Client.
4.2. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least [X] days before the scheduled moving date to avoid additional charges. Failure to cancel within this time frame may result in a cancellation fee of [percentage or amount].
4.3. The Company reserves the right to cancel the service due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, unsafe working conditions, or other emergencies. In such cases, the Company will offer a rescheduled moving date.
5. Client Responsibilities
5.1. The Client is responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete information regarding the goods to be moved.

Ensuring proper access to the premises and informing the Company of any parking restrictions or permits required.

Packing personal items that are fragile, valuable, or of sentimental value unless otherwise arranged with the Company.

Ensuring all goods are securely packed before the arrival of the movers if the packing service is not requested.
5.2. The Company will not be responsible for damage to any goods packed by the Client.
6. Insurance and Liability
6.1. The Company provides basic insurance coverage for goods in transit, which covers up to [amount]. If the Client requires additional insurance, it is their responsibility to obtain it.
6.2. The Company’s liability is limited to damage caused by its direct negligence. The Company will not be held responsible for:

Loss or damage to goods due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, war, strikes).

Damage caused by the Client’s improper packing.

Loss or damage to valuable items such as jewelry, money, or important documents unless such items are specifically disclosed in writing and agreed upon before the move.​

6.3. The Company will take reasonable care in the handling and transportation of goods. However, the Company shall not be liable for minor damages such as scratches, scuffs, or marks.
7. Storage Terms
7.1. If storage services are required, the Client agrees to the following conditions:

The storage fee will be charged monthly, and the Client must pay in advance.

The Company is not responsible for damage or loss of items during storage unless such damage is caused by the Company’s negligence.
7.2. Goods will only be released once all outstanding fees are paid in full.
8. Delays and Waiting Time
8.1. The Company will make every effort to meet agreed-upon delivery times. However, it is not liable for delays beyond its control, such as traffic conditions, roadworks, or weather delays.
8.2. If the move is delayed due to factors outside of the Company’s control (e.g., Client not ready, access restrictions), additional waiting time will be charged at the rate of [rate] per hour.
9. Claims and Complaints
9.1. Any claims for loss or damage must be made in writing within [X] days of the move. Claims submitted after this period may not be considered.
9.2. The Client must provide clear evidence of any damage to support the claim, including photos and documentation of the damaged items.
